  This isn't your regular woo-woo general meditation. This is tailor made to you! Together we can develop your mind into the powerful tool for growth and accomplishment that it's meant to be. You provide me with a detailed list of your current short/long term goals and I will record a 30 minute guided mediation for you to fall asleep to nightly.   While you fall asleep and rest, goal accomplishment and expansive affirmations will lull you to sleepa engraining the thoughts, feelings and beliefs of growth into the mind. It's time to progress. This is a step stone into your power.
